Nominate an Expat Employer of the Year
Expat Employer of the Year will be awarded to an organization that has shown exceptional dedication to the well-being of its international employees through support, service and opportunities.
The winner of the Expat Employer of the Year needs to meet several requirements in order to qualify for nomination. If you would like to nominate your employer or another organization for this award, please note that the Expat Employer of the Year should:
- have more than two expats/internationals in employment;
- have at least one office in the Netherlands; and
- have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their international/expat employees in one or more of the following areas:
- Expat benefits and support services,
- Career development and opportunities,
- Educational opportunities,
- Language and integration support, and/or
- Other.
Nominations for the category Expat Employer of the Year will be accepted until 5pm on December 31, 2009. Following this all nominees will be presented to an independent Jury who will select four finalists based on the criteria listed above. All finalists will then be invited to submit a short film about the organization which is to be posted online. The ultimate winner is to be decided by public vote and will be announced at the Expat Awards ceremony at Nyenrode Business University on March 23.
Please don't forget to submit a motivation that is as detailed as possible. Finalists will be shortlisted based on the information you provide with your nomination.
