The Expat Awards 2010
Expatica Communications, NFIA, Nyenrode Business Universiteit and Undutchables Recruitment Agency have the pleasure of announcing the winners of the Expat Awards 2010.
And the winners are...

Optiver (Expat Employer of the Year)
ACCESS (Expat Service Provider of the Year)
After a very successful nomination round, five finalists per category were selected by an independent jury of professionals consisting of
- Desiree van Gorp, Head International Department at Nyenrode Business University (chairlady)
- Robert Martijnse, Director & Partner Kilpatrick Executive Search / IESF ( International Executive Search Federation) (former CEO & Reg. Dir. at PHILIPS (a.o Singapore,Thailand, Italy))
- Girish P. Ramachandran, Chief Strategy Officer (former CEO Europe) at TATA
- Julie E. Ruterbories, US Consul General to the Netherlands
- Serv Wiemers, Director Investment Climate & Promotion at Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency
Each finalist was then invited to make a short film promoting themselves. These videos were posted online, and the public was invited to vote for their favorite. Based on the videos and the number of votes, the jury then selected the 3 winners. On Tuesday, March 23 the awards were presented during the official awards ceremony at Nyenrode Business University, hosted by Paul Brown.
The Expat Awards have been created to recognize the efforts and successes of the International and Expat community in the Netherlands. Expatica Communications, NFIA, Nyenrode Business Universiteit and Undutchables Recruitment Agency would like to thank everyone who helped us to honor exceptional expats, outstanding employers and excellence in service.
